  • Do your packages/ services include the provision of hair extensions/ weave bundles?
    No. However do get in contact with us and we can recommend some amazing hair extension specialists to you upon booking our services.
  • Do we have to purchase/ provide any hair styling products or tools when we make a booking with you?
    No. We provide all tools, products and bring along all our own equipment with every booking.
  • Do you do international bookings?
    Yes, we do. Wherever you are in the world, we will come to you. Please get in contact with us and provide details of your date, location and services required and we will provide all the necessary details required to make an international booking with us.
  • Is a deposit required to make a booking?
    Yes. Your booking date is only guaranteed once a deposit has been paid.
  • Is the deposit refundable?
    No, it is not. However, it is transferable to another service within 1 year of the original booking date.
  • Do you offer a payment plan option?
    Yes. Please contact us for further information.
  • What do your hair extension/ weave install packages include?
    These packages include track installation, clip- in installation, full head with natural leave- out weave installation and lace closure weave installation. For frontal sew ins, please note that there is an extra £40 charge which includes customisation. For closure wigs, please note that there is an extra £30 charge. For frontal wigs, please note that there is an extra £80 charge which includes customisation & installation.
  • How do I make a booking with you?
    Please fill out our booking form with as much detail as you have and we will get back to you to let you know our availability. Once this is done, we will send out our terms and conditions to you and further instructions in terms of confirming the booking will also be included in the email.
