How do I make an order?
Orders can be made online
Do you accept international offers?
Yes. Orders within Europe have a timescale of 5-7 working days, however for international order the timescale is 7-10 working days
What are your delivery costs?
UK Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) - £5.55
UK Express Delivery Orders placed before 1 pm (1-2 working days) - £7.65
Europe (5-7 working days) - £7.95
International (7-10 working days) - £14.95
Who do you use for delivery?
We typically use Royal Mail
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via PayPal & Worldpay.
Do you accept refunds?
Due to the nature of our products, we can only offer exchanges and refunds on items that have been unworn and are in original condition and packaging. Items for refund and exchange will need to be sent back to us within 14 days from the date of purchase. However, earrings are non- refundable/ non- exchangeable due to hygiene reasons
Can I amend an order that has already been placed?
In most cases, we can. However if the order has already has already been processed, we will not be able to do so. Please email or give us a call if any part of your order needs to be amended.
